Come as you are—bring your coffee/tea, your questions and unique experience, your tired heart, and your open mind. This is a reminder that you are not alone in this transformation. In 2025, we hosted three unforgettable Revel + Release Dance Parties, each one a joyful swirl of movement, music, and community. What started as a simple idea—giving women a space to shake off stress, reconnect with their bodies, and feel wildly alive—quickly became one of our most cherished series. These gatherings were full of big energy andthoughtful pacing: dance your heart out, tap into connection, and still be home before 11 and tucked into bed. The perfect blend of fun and restoration.
